Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reesha handles information used to run your account, workspaces and connected publishing tools.

Information we process

We process account and profile information, workspace memberships, drafts, uploaded media, scheduling information, publishing results and preferences. Connecting a social account provides account identifiers and access credentials for the permissions you authorize. Requests to the service can also generate technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and error or security logs.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, provide collaboration and publishing features, deliver service emails, resolve support requests, prevent misuse and maintain service reliability. Payment records and credit activity help us provide purchased features and reconcile refunds. Depending on the applicable law, these activities rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and operation, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Workspace sharing and publishing

Workspace members can access information according to their permissions. Content sent to a social platform is handled under that platform’s policies and may become public. Disconnecting an account prevents future authorized use of that connection but does not remove posts already published on an external platform.

Providers and payments

Reesha uses infrastructure providers including Convex and Cloudflare to operate the service, and email delivery providers for service messages. Information needed for an action is shared with the connected social platform. For Paddle purchases, Paddle processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy notice; Reesha receives transaction information needed for credits and support. Reesha does not need your full payment card number. Earlier payment providers may retain records of their own transactions.

Storage and international processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Applicable data protection requirements govern these transfers. We retain information as needed to provide the service and meet security, dispute-resolution and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record; deleting an account does not necessarily delete transaction records or all backup copies immediately.

Cookies and local storage

Reesha uses browser storage and authentication-related technologies to keep the application working and remember preferences. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings, though blocking it may affect login and other features. Where optional tracking requires consent, your choices and applicable law govern its use.

Your choices and rights

You can manage profile information and social connections through the product. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where a legal obligation or another permitted exception applies.

Data deletion, including Meta platform data

To request deletion of your Reesha account or data received from Facebook, Instagram or Threads, email dev@getreesha.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your Reesha account email and the connected Facebook Page name or identifier, or Instagram/Threads username. We verify that you control the account before processing the request. Do not send passwords or access tokens. You can stop future use of a social connection in Brands → Channels → Disconnect. Disconnecting is separate from requesting deletion and does not remove posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or Threads. The retention exceptions described above also apply to deletion requests. If you request data deletion through Instagram or Threads, Reesha receives a signed request and provides a confirmation code and status link. We disconnect the affected Instagram or Threads connections, clear their access credentials, and remove their stored profile information and platform publication identifiers and links from the active database. An in-flight publication may need to settle before its receipt is removed. User-written drafts, uploaded source media and billing records remain separate Reesha data; contact us for account-wide deletion. This does not delete posts on Instagram or Threads or erase backup copies immediately.

Security

We use access controls and safeguards for credentials and service data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your login and revoke integrations you no longer use.

Children

Reesha is intended for users who can lawfully enter into its terms, not for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest update. Material changes will be communicated where required.
